Please note

All creative campaigns to be displayed within Stockholm's public transport system (SL) must be printed exclusively through Bauer Media Outdoor.

Before production begins, campaign sketches must be sent to us by the specified date. This allows us to review the material and provide feedback before the deadline for print-ready files.

Sketch
‍A low-resolution export from the assigned InDesign template where the vehicle is visible along with the proposed design.

Final artwork
‍A high-resolution export from the assigned InDesign template with the template layer hidden, meaning the vehicle model is not visible.

Before submitting final artwork:

• All fonts must be outlined.
• The design must cover the entire design area behind the template layers.
• Check that all links and images are high-resolution.

Ensure that the final artwork complies with the current material specifications.

Material Delivery

No later than 08.00, 5 weeks before the campaign starts, sketches must be sent to us.

No later than 08.00, 15 business days before the campaign starts, originals must be sent to us.

Delivery‍

A high-resolution, print-ready PDF (PDF/X-4:2008) must be submitted together with the sketch and interior signage at the print deadline.

Do not forget to deliver print-ready PDFs for interior signage, following the specifications for each format:

Delivery Terms

Delivery later than the specified date, incorrectly delivered format or production, may involve an additional cost and possible delay of the start of the campaign. In the event of deviations, a written agreement between the customer and Bauer Media Outdoor Sverige AB shall be drawn up.
