Send files - Create
Here you submit designs and materials for Create campaigns such as Move Domination, Wall Domination, Adshel Create, etc. Below you will find a step-by-step guide and a submission form.
Please note that from 2026 onwards, classic and digital campaigns will be delivered via Adhub.
How to send us files for Create campaigns
Name your files
Name your file(s) as follows:
Ordernumber_clientname_campaignperiod_format, for example: 72445_BMO_w25-26_Escalator_1_A

This is listed as the Order ID in the PDF you received when your booking was confirmed.
Advertiser
Enter the name of the advertiser behind the campaign.
Format
Select Create
Campaign weeks
Enter the week or weeks the campaign should be visible.
Number of different creatives
If you have several different creatives per format, enter the number of different creatives.
Text
Provide relevant information:
- Distribution of material (where the different creatives should be displayed, in what order)
- Any other relevant information you would like us to know
Please note
When delivering many or large files, it may be advantageous to split the delivery.
If the form is not filled out as specified above, there is a risk that we will not be able to find your material and link it to your campaign.
