Proof of Delivery
With Proof of Delivery, you can easily track your campaign and its delivery status.
The system provides a clear overview of the campaign period, geographical areas, and delivery – all in one place. The link to POD is sent when the campaign is booked, but you can also log in with your customer ID and order ID to view all campaigns included in your order. The details can be found in the order confirmation.

Please note that not all panels or placements are photographed. The amount of image material may therefore vary between different campaigns and formats.
- For IDS campaigns, there is an Outdoor Impact tab where campaign data can be exported after the campaign has ended
- Export of maps, address lists, and images from all tabs
Updates and delivery reporting
For classic formats and billboards, delivery status is continuously updated several times a day when our installers' handheld devices are synchronized.
Certain formats, such as the inside of vehicles and escalator series, are, however, reported periodically and therefore cannot be tracked in real-time.
Please note that digital campaigns may experience a slight delay at campaign start before the first impressions are registered and become visible in the system. You can follow the current status on the homepage, at the top left.
