Name the files
Give your file or files a name like this:
Order number_customername_promotionperiod_format. For example: 72445_BMO_V25-26_Escalator_1_A.

This is the Order ID in the PDF you received when you received the booking confirmation.
Advertiser
Enter the name of the advertiser behind the campaign.
Formats

Campaign Weeks
Enter the week or weeks in which the campaign will be seen.
Number of different motifs
If you have several different motifs per the same format, type the number of different motifs.
Lettering
Please enter relevant information:
- distribution of materials (where to display the different motifs, in what order)
- any other relevant information you would like us to know
Observe
In case of delivery of many or heavy files, it may be advantageous to split the delivery.
Please note that if the form is not completed as above, there is a risk that we will not be able to find your material and link it to your campaign.
