All originals must be marked with advertiser, week and subject designation (ADVERTISER v48 A). If it is only one motif, mark this with only advertiser and week (ADVERTISER V48). The marking shall be placed inside the crop marks, in the space between the print area and the visible area, in two places; horizontally at the top right and vertically at the bottom right (see illustration). Write the marking in capital letters and so that the text is about 1 cm high in full size.

The posters are printed on 135—150 grams of coated, wood-free paper with a backing printed backing (alternatively white backing). Please note that the paper should be suitable for illuminated posters. All posters intended for sticker free poster should be shipped plano.

Due to safety regulations, it is important to ensure that the campaign material is not allowed to imitate SL's traffic information. Check against purchased spaces.

Delivery of materials in case of printing is carried out through us

No later than 10 working days before the start of the campaign, originals must be uploaded to us here.

Delivery of materials if you handle printing yourself

No later than 10 working days before the start of the campaign, low-resolution PDFs and setup instructions must be uploaded to us here.

No later than 6 working days before the start of the campaign, finished materials, unless otherwise agreed, shall be delivered to:

Packing slip

Upon delivery of printed materials, a packing slip shall be attached with the following information:

• Date
• From which printing house
• Advertiser/Campaign Name
• Order number
• Number of posters, packages, motifs
• Format/Product
• Signature

Overedition

In order to allow maintenance during the promotional period, in addition to the net quantity booked, the supply of materials shall contain an excess of 20%. Deviations may occur in special cases. The order confirmation indicates the total edition including the overdraft.

Terms of delivery

If the customer intends to advertise together with another brand, so-called “co-branding”, we need to be notified of this no later than 4 yrs before the start of the promotion in order to secure delivery of the booked promotion.

Delivery later than the specified date, incorrectly delivered format or production, may involve an additional cost and possible delay of the start of the campaign. In the event of deviations, a written agreement between the customer and Bauer Media Outdoor Sverige AB shall be drawn up.
