The entire surface is visible straight from the front, but the frame obscures up to 5 mm of the pressure surface depending on the angle. Background colors and images should therefore be precipitous.

Print on 0.8—0.9 mm cardboard with vertical fiber direction. We recommend Papyrus Excellent Cardboard or Excellent Top in the prescribed size. Lined material is not accepted. In the case of material delivery, the total thickness, rigidity and exact format shall correspond to the values given above. In case of doubt, such as when introducing new cartons, our logistics department should be consulted in good time by mail operations-se@bauermediaourdoor.com

All originals must be marked with advertiser, week and subject designation (ADVERTISER, V2, A). For example, if you have 5 motifs, use the letters A-E. If it is only one motif, label this with only advertiser and week (ADVERTISER V2). The marking is placed horizontally at the bottom right (see photo). Write the marking in capital letters with a height of at least 4 mm. Note that the marking will be visible, but it is still important that the marking is legible for our setters.

Download the file with the escalator distribution and fill in the order of motives. It should then be sent to printing-se@bauermediaoutdoor.com The distribution is used to set up the motifs in the correct sequence and to calculate the print layers of each motif. Note that all the groups you see in the file are included in all series, so you have at least 3 signs in a row and at most 5 signs in a row. Also note that the desired order of motifs needs to be the same for the right and left sides, as the escalators can change direction over the course of the week.

Packing slip

Upon delivery of printed materials, a packing slip shall be attached with the following particulars:

• Date
• From which printing house
• Advertiser/Campaign Name
• Order number
• Number of posters, packages, motifs
• Format/Product
• Signature

Terms of delivery

Delivery later than the specified date, incorrectly delivered format or production, may involve an additional cost and possible delay of the start of the campaign. In the event of deviations, a written agreement between the customer and Bauer Media Outdoor Sverige AB shall be drawn up.
