Specification
To consider
All material is printed in CMYK.
Use the InDesign template sent separately.
The majority of our templates are created on a 1:10 scale. To ensure optimal print quality, all images must have a resolution of at least 75 dpi.
Vectorized fonts and logos.
Keep the template and components in separate layers.
Doors in a separate layer.
Driver cabins (front and rear of rail vehicles) cannot be wrapped.
Windows can, at an additional cost, be wrapped with perforated foil; maximum coverage is 30% per window.
Vehicle doors must be a contrasting color to the rest of the vehicle (the color must differ by 0.4 units on the NCS scale, see the contrast document for Tram City here and other trams here. Wraps on doors may not contain any text or symbols.
Approval of SL
All creative campaigns intended for display within Stockholm Public Transport (SL) network must be printed exclusively through Bauer Media Outdoor.
Prior to production, all campaign material requires formal approval from SL. To facilitate this process, campaign sketches must be submitted to BMO no later than the specified deadline. Submitted sketches must reflect the final print files; no deviations are permitted.
If SL provides feedback, the sketches must be revised accordingly and resubmitted for approval.
Note that once SL has granted final approval, no further changes or additions to the campaign material will be accepted.

Delivery of materials
No later than 5 weeks before the start of the campaign, sketches should be sent to us.
No later than 15 working days before the start of the campaign, originals should be sent to us.
Save file as follows:
Packed InDesign file including links, fonts, and a low-resolution PDF attached (File -> Package)
Submit the InDesign-file as described above together with the sketch (overview).

Terms of delivery
Delivery later than the specified date, incorrectly delivered format or production, may involve an additional cost and possible delay of the start of the campaign. In the event of deviations, a written agreement between the customer and Bauer Media Outdoor Sverige AB shall be drawn up.
