We continue to reduce our environmental impacts and be more sustainable, not only for the future of our business, but for the future of the planet.

We have a long history of initiatives, innovation, partnerships and projects to reduce our environmental impact and carbon footprint. We are accelerating our journey to be Carbon Net Zero by 2030 (across Scope 1 & 2) and by 2045 (across Scope 3).

Our commitment to communities

We're a very physical part of the communities in which we operate and we believe we have a responsibility to give something back to those communities.

In 2023, we delivered £29 million social value contribution as certified by Planet Mark. Social value quantifies our net social and environmental benefits to society.

We partner with councils, charities and other organisations to make a difference in local communities.

Doing our bit

Our charity partners

As a Platform for Good, we support charities and social good organisations that matter to our people, align with our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and benefit the communities we operate in.

We aim to donate £1m annually to our Hero charity partners that we choose to support on a long-term basis, helping to amplify their messages and empowering our people to get actively involved in those partnerships.

Additionally, we collaborate with many other charities throughout the year, lending support where we can.
